Very Helpful and professional
People such as Armando is an asset to allstate but over 20 years of being an allstate customer their underwriters need to go to customer service school , didn't like the way they treated me after I got my homeowners insurance and their letter of cancellation if I didn't fix some problems. I don't think I'm the only one that feels that way. I miss Mr. Wiener, but I had to cancel my homeowners and car insurance and went with somebody else.
No help, the worker said they couldn't help me I have to do everything myself
