Mary Thompson is very rude and unprofessional to work with. She does not respond in a timely manner. She does not listen, over talks and constantly interrupts her customer. We almost had our insurance cancel because of her not updating our information when our lender reached out about refinancing. Also, when we added a service line rider we asked if payment was needed and were told no it would go on our annual bill. Yet we received a late payment notice. Mary was EXTREAMLY rude over the phone. When I asked what my monthly payment would be, she refused to give me the amount that would be withdrawn from my account each month. I then asked her why and she began to argue and raise her voice at me. I WILL NEVER GO THROUGH ALLSTATE AGAIN!
