Mark Jameson, Agent in Colleyville, TX for Allstate DOES NOT care about his clients. ALLSTATE will take your money and then nothing to protect you. It’s been 5 years of driving a claim against my damaged roof. Bills continue to come and roof continues to deteriorate. Not to mention, rude adjusters, and a massive “bait and switch” billing mistake......MY agent does a lot of apologizing and taking my money, but nothing to fight for his client. Won’t take a phone call either - WE ARE DONE! AVOID ALLSTATE AT ALL COST!
