If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a total scam and they will not do anything to correct their mistakes. The receptionist is so condescending and rude, Luis is completely out of reach and apparently “in meetings” every 5 minutes when you call. I have never been in an accident since I got my license and when it did finally happen to me Luis Hernandez and his team decided to completely screw us over.
