Very kind and cooperative staff with reasonable quotes and service
I had a pleasant experience visiting this agency today. I work for an automotive vendor and stopped by to introduce myself for the first time. Both Laura and Esmeralda were kind and courteous. I am not surprised this agency has been at this location for a long time. With kindness like I experienced today I would recommend this agency to anyone.
I would Never EVER recommend Allstate to anyone. I don’t care if your premiums are higher they will screw you over every which way possible. My house flooded 8 months ago and I am they refuse to pay what it takes to get it to the brand new state it was in. I have been living out of my bedroom with no living room and no kitchen for 8 months! I have been through about 6 appraisals and nothing has happened. Bad customer service. I was working with Esmeralda Lopez for a quote on a rental house I own. She sent me it and I had some quetsions. She did answer those questions and I had a few additonal questions. It has been more than a week and no reply. I called the office and was told she had had a family emergency last week and she is on vacaiton this week. Why wouldn't she have an out of office on? Do customers not get their phone call or emailed returned for two weeks? Unacceptable.
Julia and her team are amazing! I was with my past agent for 20+ years when they lost my business! This agency was responsive, communicative and has my best interest in mind. I’m so excited to give them all my business for my auto, houses, cars and boat.
