This review is based on this offices bait and switch tactics rather than their customer service. I received a letter in the mail from this office stating my home is eligible for a much lower premium. The premium they listed was almost half what I am currently paying. The home information in the letter was all correct and I was a prior customer of allstate, so I called to confirm. Been beating a wall to get a due date change - no success just excuses. Now i was told 2 different things about payment issue. Dont listen well at all.
22 years with this insurance I wouldn't change it for anything. In a collision in 1 hour they already have all the documentation while in others it can take months for the insurance to respond.
