Jim Harper is the best he helps you find all the discounts you qualify for and let's you know of any other bonus items you can get as well. Very pleasant to work with and if you have any questions he is always there to answer them. My experience with transferring my insurance over to Allstate was very easy with Jim's help and the step by step instructions on what I needed to do.
