We love Allstate. We encountered no problems in making claims. We would give them 5 stars for that. However, the agent we are working with in this agency doesn’t accept calls nor give a call back as promised. Frustrating when you’ve been made to wait every single time, and the call back didn’t happen. Expecting us to talk to a person we don’t have a working relationship yet is a break of trust, and I thought insurance is all about trusting the person you are working with. Bad service. They caused my policy with AllState to drop. I have contacted their office several times and no one picks up the phone so the calls get rerouted to AllState costumer service. I have in fact contacted Allstate to change my agent.
