Kasi nunca contesta las llamadas, me cuesta dinero y tiempo ser atendido por este agente y genera mucho estrés en mi porque cualquier cambio que necesite aser en mi póliza tarda días tal vez semanas en poder localizarla.
Worst service I’ve ever had! Super expensive!!! My policy went up $80 monthly just cause they can Never answer the phone, office closed even on weekdays working hours.
I had been with Allstate for several years without a problem but when my premiums for home and auto were getting increasingly expensive I started looking elsewhere. I decided on Progressive because my auto policy will be $30 a month instead of Allstate’s $130 and Home would be $53 a month instead of $130.
