HORRIBLE! I switched to Allstate because my mom raved about how good the customer service was. NOT! When getting quotes, signing and paying, that was smooth. But 2 weeks ago I get a call from a new hire telling me my policy was going to be cancelled. I had to ask which one of my policies was getting cancelled and why.
