This is a bad rating for Representative Elsa Hernandez not the office. This sales representative is incompetent to the extent that after canceling a policy she didnt stop charging my mother on her home owners insurance. Also she was over charging my mother for her home by charging her for a much bigger house. Good that allstate refunded the extra charges after the policy was canceled but concerned whether she is doing this intentionally or unintentionally to other elderly or spanish speaking people in the community.
