Horrible customer service, Tried calling to get a quote and a guy named John answered and was very rude, he asked me to repeat my address and I did louder so he can hear and he instantly hung up on me. Don’t waste your time here
My mother went into the office in May to make a payment and to have her future payments deducted automatically from her CHASE account. They took her check did an electronic payment and handed her the CHASE check back. June’s payment should have been withdrawn automatically but wasn’t. They charged her a total of $35 more for NSF and for a Late payment. The associate didn’t type her bank account info correctly so now they are saying my mother took in a check from a GENERATIONS BANK account that was closed and has been closed ... read more
I have a bad experience with this office specific.. I ust to have comercial insurance tru this company office and they never answered me the call and never return call
I have been a customer for over 25 years and this is the first agency that never ever answers there phone or you get sent strait to voice mail . My previous agent was always there when I needed them and ready to pickup the phone. So now I deal with the main company when I have questions or concerns.
