My experience with AllState has always been positive. Our agent Debbie Bates has always been there for us from the very beginning. All of the agents are always polite and professional and have handled all of our concerns in a timely manner

I just had the worst experience with any auto insurance representative to date. I called to speak with Debbie Bates and instead had Brenda on the phone due to Debbie not being available. She was helping while Debbie was out. It was the worst transaction I have ever been apart of. She was very rude and disrespectful. Debbie Bates and her entire Allstate team have never failed in providing me first rate service regarding my motorcycle insurance. In addition to having very competitive rates for coverage, they regularly review my policy to ensure I'm receiving all appropriate discounts.

Management and Agent LACKED understanding, AND, LACKED creating a solution to solve the problem!!!!!! The customer may NOT always be right, HOWEVER, they are always the customer! Therefore, let the customer be wrong with understanding, dignity and respect! That's all I asked!
