Best, and highest rated, Allstate local office. Just started Auto coverage with them. My servicing agent was Mr Joya and he was the most customer-service oriented person I've had the pleasure of talking with. Answered all my questions, and then some. The front-desk administrator (did not get her name) was also super nice and always ready to assist. Reminds me of the Concierge in a fancy hotel where they are overly happy to help. I've been doing business with Mr. Massey for over 10 years. In those ten years I've received different services from many different businesses and I can honestly say that David Massey Insurance Agency, by far, provides the best customer service. I've had several policies with this company (1 landscaping business,3 cars, and 2 homes) and have had to make several claims with them (unfortunately), but each time I have been treated like family. I have been a customer with David Massey of Allstate for over 15 years now and I don't plan on changing that anytime soon. The staff is very professional & knowledgeable and in my opinion offer 5 star customer service!! Thank you for keeping us in good hands. Pun intended.
