I am disgusted by this bank. I have had a citibank account for years with this bank and they are now trying to take 500$ of money I DEPOSITED in their faulty ATM machine. No one is taking responsibility and NO ONE is helping!! I am so angered and hurt! Is this how an business is run? Stealing people's money? People say they'll call me back, never call me back. I deposited $500 cash into Dadelands ATM outside and all this branch can tell me is "They have no affliation with that ATM machine" & "That ATM gives a lot of problems... read more
