Spoke with Joaquin on behalf of my mother to try to remove me off her insurance. (She has called multiple times before to try to remove me) Im married and haven't lived with them for 8 years. Ive also had my own insurance for YEARS. He wouldn't remove me because we are in the same "household" in the system. I tried to tell him that I haven't lived with them for years & he kept saying "I dont need an explanation".

I gave them my New card # weeks Ago...now got cancelation Notice...because Andrew did Not imput my New card # correctly Auto Pay!
