We have had insurance with this agency for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience. We even kept them when we left El Paso because of the service they gave. Andrew is always helpful and courteous. On 2 occasions he has gone out of his way to contact me to let me know I was eligible for better policies or was being over charged. That is rare these days! Someone truly having their client’s best interest in mind is why we appreciate this agency.
Spoke with Joaquin on behalf of my mother to try to remove me off her insurance. (She has called multiple times before to try to remove me) Im married and haven't lived with them for 8 years. Ive also had my own insurance for YEARS. He wouldn't remove me because we are in the same "household" in the system. I tried to tell him that I haven't lived with them for years & he kept saying "I dont need an explanation".
