This has to be one of the worst agencies ever. I sold my home and moved. They told me to buy now even though I was not moving in for 6 weeks to avoid the rate increase. They sold me the home owners policy, but put the wrong dates. When i caught it they had to cancel the policy and sold me a new policy at the higher rates. This was totally Nora’s mistake, but it could not be fixed. What makes this worse is Allstate charges you 10% more on your first payment. I incurred that twice! I called to get a quote for home insurance and Marcy did her absolute best. Unfortunately we couldn't afford what she quoted but I will definitely try again in the future!!!!
