Terrible communication. Being ignored is not a good thing.
I've been an Allstate customer with Brandon Walter's agency for over a decade for my home and car insurance. My experience has been disappointing, particularly regarding my home insurance premiums and a situation with my car insurance. In 2019, I filed a claim for roof work, which was approved by Allstate after several rejections earlier. The roof was replaced using funds provided by Allstate.
