Absolutely horrible agent. No concern whatsoever for client service. No communication, no answer to email for over one month. Called the office after hours and it answers GOODBYE. We were assigned this agent when our Allstate agent retired. Have been dissatisfied from day one. Would never be with this agent by choice.
