I was a customer for 8 or 9 years. They tried to increase my rates by almost 600. I called to ask about the rate hike he said there was nothing he could do because prices come from corporate. So now I'm with State Farm, with the same exact coverage only with better roadside assistance, and I'm saving myself 1500 for the year. You need to do better for your loyal customers...
If I could give him less stars I would. He never calls you back when his staff says hes going to call you back after being with the company for 20 plus years they won't give you any discounts there is no consideration for loyalty. Staff can't answer questions and bill Hudson will never call you back even when staff says they're going to have him call you back. I will be looking for other insurance to move my home and my vehicle to.
