This lady is absolutely rude. My first experience with her was a phone call, as a new policy holder, needing to add a new vehicle. After totaling my car, and being through an accident M. Afrin argued with me, gave me a hard time, and wouldn't add my car. I had to have my claims rep and the customer service dept. add me. She's getting paid off of my policy for helping me, but is hell bent on not helping me! I refuse to pay for crap service, period!
