I went yesterday to make a payment and ask a question about auto-pay. The agency was closed for training. I went back today and the sign was still up, however, the door was open. I went in and Chris came out and advised me they were closed and if I had a payment I could leave it on the desk. I said I had a question and he informed me he was pre-occupied and had no time for me. His attitude was horrible.
