I cannot believe this…. this is my first time ever complaining about something of Google Review– I am a reasonable person but had to post this. I am very, very disappointed with this agency in which I have been with them for many years. Missed an email regarding my past due payment on my car insurance and I even on my reminder on my cell to pay (LOL daaaaa)….only to get am email saying "CANCELLATION" notices.
