I came into your office at your Country Hills branch and this woman ( Jasmine ) came to me and kindly ask what can she help. I have no appointment and she took me and help me of what I need. She is very kind and verry helpful , I am glad that I went to that location. I've had insurance here for almost two years and now I want to buy for a new car . I contacted my agent to ask about the insurance price a week ago I've texted, called, and emailed them they haven't even replied me. It was very easy to get in touch for advice before making the purchase, but once the transaction was complete, contacting them whenever issues arose became extremely difficult. I am truly very disappointed

Like everyone said they are good to collect money from you until they have to settle a claim, they start asking for tax receipts, bank statements for 6month, and all what not. Adjusters useless, will never recommend to anyone FRAUDSTERS SCAMMERS SCAMMING SCAM
