Wish I had started with Rocky Choi, and Allstate when we were shopping for a new insurance provider, it would have saved lots of time, and more money sooner. Better coverage, and better rates. After 20+ years it was time to switch. Only regret is that I didn't call sooner. Ricky made sure we had the time to review and ask any questions we had before setting up our policies. Great service.
You will not find a better Insurance Broker than Ricki. We have gradually moved all our needs to Allstate, and they have exceeded our expectations!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I've received from Allstate Insurance. I've been trying to resolve a concern and have called them no less than five times. Each time, I've faced incredibly long wait times, with my most recent attempt putting me on hold for over two hours without anyone ever picking up. It's unacceptable to be left waiting for so long, especially when trying to get a legitimate issue addressed. This lack of responsiveness and customer support is truly frustrating.
