Can never get through when you need to. On hold for and hour and thirty five minutes.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Not only are the wait times ridiculous, there is no longer an in person agency in Brockville so everything HAS to be done online or through the phone. So if you want to have a question answered be prepared to wait 30+ minutes just to reach a person on the phone. Sure, you can do stuff on the app or website or whatever they have, but I'm the type of person that likes to talk on the phone to get my questions answered.
