I gave a 5 Star years ago, but with the help my mother and I got from Ms. Nayeli today, if there was a 10 Star, I'd would definitely post that. Exceptional care and customer service!
My personal policies, and my mother's, have been with Brian Mustin All-State for some time now. The help I received from Nayeli today has me seriously considering switching over my company policies as well.
My son takes care of everything for me, so I rarely do any of this sort of business. But, I will say, by his reaction and from the short time I spoke with Ms. Nila, this agent is awsome. And from what he says, we'll never switch agents. Thank You

If I could leave less than one star I would. We were in an accident two weeks ago and the person at fault is an Allstate customer. We have been trying to get in touch with them since and only can leave voicemails. Tiffany Spaw called us back very rude saying we left too many voicemails and that's the reason she called us back. She was busy picking up her kid from soccer practice and we need to call earlier. Excuse me for having to work! I hate this company and I'm so glad I stopped using them years ago.
