If I could leave less than one star I would. We were in an accident two weeks ago and the person at fault is an Allstate customer. We have been trying to get in touch with them since and only can leave voicemails. Tiffany Spaw called us back very rude saying we left too many voicemails and that's the reason she called us back. She was busy picking up her kid from soccer practice and we need to call earlier. Excuse me for having to work! I hate this company and I'm so glad I stopped using them years ago.
