Allows agents to write up policies which can never be paid out to cover what they are written for. Then deny it so he can keep your $$$. Hear a lot of talk about Walters living in an exquisite home??? Done at our expense...... Allstate stands behind him like a bunch of worthless cowards. I'll remove this when he refunds $730.33.
Worst service you can get from an insurance agent. Stay Away! Never responds to emails, never takes calls and after all worst customer service. Used to be really good when this agency was owned by Mr. Roy. After the ownership changed the price just went up and kept on going up, even without any accidents or claims. We have been with Allstate for 10 years and we switched now. They take forever to issue any kind of refund too. Stay away from this agency to save your time and money!
I moved last fall (Aug 2014) and spoke to the same person at the Walters agency 3 different times getting my new renters insurance setup. In September on a followup call, I learned it was never setup. After escalating to a supervisor, Amber was able to help me. Fast-forward not even 6 months, and I buy a new vehicle, talk to your office twice over two weeks in early March, only to find out today that it was never setup.
