Update: I HATE ALLSTATE....MY RATES ARE ALWAYS INCREASING AND COVERAGES DECREASING!!!! TO CHANGE DATES REQUIRE A WHOLE NEW POLICY WITH NEW DOWNPAYMENTS. THEY DROP MY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE REQUIRING ME TO PAY A 3RD PARTY WHICH THEY ALWAYS CLAIM THEY DIDN'T RECIEVE MY PAYMENT. INITIAL REVIEW: Claudia did an amazing job cleaning up a mess another agency made when I initially attempted to join AllState.
