Update: I HATE ALLSTATE....MY RATES ARE ALWAYS INCREASING AND COVERAGES DECREASING!!!! TO CHANGE DATES REQUIRE A WHOLE NEW POLICY WITH NEW DOWNPAYMENTS. THEY DROP MY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE REQUIRING ME TO PAY A 3RD PARTY WHICH THEY ALWAYS CLAIM THEY DIDN'T RECIEVE MY PAYMENT. INITIAL REVIEW: Claudia did an amazing job cleaning up a mess another agency made when I initially attempted to join AllState. I have been a customer less than a year but recently had to file a claim. An uninsured driver hit me from behind while I was stopped at a red light. Allstate contacted me and helped me thru the process timely and completely. The personnel I dealt with were courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable, true professionals!
