It would not answer a phone and keep saying it on me
I am terribly aggrieved by the situation my fiance and I have encountered with Allstate. I share this review with the public as a strong precautionary note. My fiance has been doing business with Mr. Kinney for nearly seven years and has been claim free. Mr. Kinney was quite helpful and overall rated well with us while we were in good fortune. Bill Kinney and Allstate have been my primary insurers for all of my automobiles, house and rental property. Even used them for help with my medical and life insurance.
Bill has been my guy for nearly 8 years. He is on the ball, responsive and in tune with my needs. Finds ways to maximize my coverage, minimize the cost... makes sure I have all my discounts etc. I think he is the best.
