I have now been trying to get a simple response from Allstate for over a month. It started with phone calls involving wait times of more than 70 minutes, only to be disconnected or hung up on. Their callback service was no better. The phone would ring, I would answer, and the call would disconnect. I then tried the Contact Us email system and received no response. 5 stars to Robert Davis at the Belleville location. Everytime I go in he makes it an easy process for my insurance needs.
It is extremely frustrating when you're trying to contact the Belleville office then wait on hold for an hour plus, and on three separate occasions. Then only to get some strange person from a central call centre. Totally unacceptable. Tried emailing the agent several times with no response. Gone are the days of quality customer service.
Can't speak for that office. Allstate in general provides weak service, high rates.
