It is extremely frustrating when you're trying to contact the Belleville office then wait on hold for an hour plus, and on three separate occasions. Then only to get some strange person from a central call centre. Totally unacceptable. Tried emailing the agent several times with no response. Gone are the days of quality customer service.
Can't speak for that office. Allstate in general provides weak service, high rates.
