The young lady who just answer my phone call was hoorible! Not only did she talk back to me but she would not transfer me to the windshield department when I repeatly told her I will not hang up the phone and dial again because I was already transfer 2x. She kept telling me to write the number down and I told her can you please just transfer me? Through it all the discussion and madness she made me she was able to transfer me. Their customer service is horrid! Their staff requires intensive training answering a phone and maintaining a basic conversation.

Do not get your insurance from AllState. They tell you, you are in good hands but once you file a claim all you get is police type interogations and ignored when you're trying to find out answers. My home was burglarized and they were more concerned with why I went on Vacation, for spring break, and what I did then what had happened to my home. Never sent anyone to look at the damage to my home and now three months later I still don't know whats going on. Its been over a month since I even heard from AllState. This has got t... read more
