Our agent that had been helping us is Fred, and he's great! I worked with Heather before when I was getting my first home and she explained all the different types of insurance, what they mean, and what would be best for me. Heather has changed to a different office so now I'm talking to Fred about our home insurance to make sure everything is going smooth (which it was) and a quote for car insurance. Wouldn't even waste your time with this insurance office , poorly ran and very poor service.The office owner needs to adjust his attitude.
