i told them very clearly i’m cancelling my policy and they still kept charging me and sent me to collections . scummy . ungrateful . classless .
Horrible and unprofessional outfit! No one ever gets back to you and constantly have to chase them down. I'm the customer, yet treated with disrespect and ignored every instance I need their assistance. I've never been able to speak to Cullen in all the 15+ years I've been with them. The commercial dept is run by a woman named Adolphus who is mean and absolutely useless and never ever returns calls. Totally unhelpful and the most unprofessional agent I've ever dealt with. Alex Miranda, my agent, was SUPER helpful, very professional amd paid attention to exactly what my needs were. The WHOLE reason I decided to switch Insurance companies! Customer service is 100% , and claims has been a pleasure to deal with. Cullen's should be very proud of themselves, company wide, because they do insurance the way it SHOULD be done!
Ive been with the Cullen insurance agency for about 4 years now and I have to say they have the most professional and helpful staff. Just the other day I was talking with Candice who found a solution to my problem and i couldnt thank her enough. You just dont find people who believe in customer service anymore except here Thank you for all your help and service
