One star is reaching here, if I could do half a star I would. Zac, you might take pride in helping out the neighbors in Lancaster, but as far as customer service, not exactly what I call "helping" or pleasant. I doubt your father would have run things like this.
Horrible treatment I was checking why they haven't taking payment for this month and they got mad at me treated me like I was bothering them with my questions I was put on hold then when I hung up and called back they just hung up I had to talk to an agent from out of state who was very friendly and helpful but I have to say I'm considering changing my insurance company because of this situation I can't believe this is how a customer is treated I thought I was talking to a professional company not a waffle house employee I h... read more

the previous owners GVV insurance sold to them and it’s been a NIGHTMARE. Antoinette is completely incompetent, unsupportive and just downright awful. I switched my auto insurance because they were upping my premium $800. I made it very clear I did not want to cancel my renters insurance Clarified several times that it would not be cancelled. Antoinette assured me it wouldn’t. Well that wasn’t the case. My renters insurance policy gets canceled due to her error and she cannot get it reversed. She’s completely unprofessional ... read more
