Not great
I was with Allstate for 20 years plus and the premium has gone up so fast and so much that I can no longer afford to stay. Michael and Hue have been so helpful and pleasant to work with.
Honestly the way that I got my premium almost doubled for literally the same basic liability insurance it's disgusting, never had an accident, first time driver. Customer service is somewhat helpful but greedy corporations like this are a Issue, hope to change my insurance soon. Hope y'all have the day you deserve. 1/100 for being useless and greedy, 8/10 customer service. If it was possible to give -1 star you guys would probably not be asking for reviews trough emails.
