I recently switched to Allstate for home and auto. My mortgage company was being difficult about validating the new proof of insurance on the homeowners. Lissette here kept after it and impressed me with her diligence.

Stay away. After my parents found cheaper policies for their homes and cars he refused to cancel my parents policies after multiple emails and calls. Then he send my parents collection notices!! We have records of every email and phone call that was made to the office. Next step will be reporting him to the insurance commission! Very unprofessional business tactics with lack of customer service skills.

This business insisted on using my husband's name, despite the fact that the car and house insured were both in my name. That should have been my first clue. However, I pulled my business when I called with an issue. I thought I was calling the agent, but I was first connected with someone from Allstate headquarters. The nice woman, who happened to have an accent, wasn't able to resolve my issue and offered to connect me with the agent. After a brief hold the call was connected.
