Ms. Healey was very professional and courteous. Ms. Healey answered all my questions.
My interaction with this agent has been virtual via phone calls and emails. She is always professional.
She is so bad the only job she does is take your money without any service, she doesn't answer the phone or email and she always says she will call you back and doesn't, she says she has a funeral or she is driving and just excuses not to answer, but to take your money she is so fast.
