Allstate is more than an insurance company. It is a companion on whom you can depend. I call Yolanda Harris for almost everything, including how I can get a grant from Allstate to start a teacher training non-profit organization. Allstate is currently meeting all my insurance needs.
It is almost impossible to get a hold with an agent. They never picked up phone calls or return calls. I’ve had them since 2017, and recent 2 years or since the previous office manager left their customer service has dropped tremendously. No communication no follow up. I’m switching office.

I didn't have a great experience with a previous AS agent. This experience was a much more pleasant experience. I wasn't able to make the switch at this time, but she was really helpful, and I really appreciate it.
