William White works very hard and professionally on my behalf. While personal lines is way over priced in CA, I believe Bill does all that can be done to deliver the coverage I need at the most reasonable price available.
If you like poor communication and your time wasted Bill will be great for you. Phone calls and countless emails to get a quote, I provided all the requested information. He ghosted and ignored me.
TERRIBLE customer service!!! Teresa White was unprofessional, rude, condescending, and out right lied when I asked a question. After being loyal customers for 30 years, we sold our house and had to cancel our service, and we were met with aggression and unprofessional attitudes. Avoid them at all costs!
Avoid This Agency! If I could give zero stars, I would. William W. White Insurance Agency took it upon themselves to initiate a commercial vehicle policy with Progressive Insurance without my authorization after Allstate informed me in October 2023 that they wouldn’t renew my policy in 2024.
