Teresa went above and beyond what I could have imagined in helping us with our insurance for our new home! She truly went out of her way to help us and explain everything so clearly. I could not recommend her enough!!
Rude, incompetent, and completely unreliable- each email either went unanswered or partially answered and then the changes we requested to policy were not implemented after numerous calls and emails. We called and had to request toto be assigned to a new broker. Avoid this Broker at all costs- incredibly unprofessional.
