TERRIBLE customer service!!! Teresa White was unprofessional, rude, condescending, and out right lied when I asked a question. After being loyal customers for 30 years, we sold our house and had to cancel our service, and we were met with aggression and unprofessional attitudes. Avoid them at all costs!

White Insurance Agency took it upon themselves to initiate a commercial vehicle policy with Progressive Insurance without my authorization after Allstate informed me in October 2023 that they wouldn’t renew my policy in 2024. Where to even start. I had a policy with them for a couple years. Bought a new vehicle, had them switch it on my policy, but they ended up just adding a second vehicle to my policy. A year and a half goes by and I reach out to them about getting homeowners insurance and that’s when I find out i have been paying on two vehicles the entire time.
