Rude, incompetent, and completely unreliable- each email either went unanswered or partially answered and then the changes we requested to policy were not implemented after numerous calls and emails. We called and had to request toto be assigned to a new broker. Avoid this Broker at all costs- incredibly unprofessional.

William White works very hard and professionally on my behalf. While personal lines is way over priced in CA, I believe Bill does all that can be done to deliver the coverage I need at the most reasonable price available.
