Cancelling this policy today. Had to take my car in for maintenance and found out I’ve been paying 2X what good competitors pay with a horrible deductible and a bare bones policy. When I asked the person I spoke to at the office if this seemed like it was a good policy her response was to just raise her voice at me when she knew I was mad. Of course I was mad, I’ve been getting ripped off. Don’t use this agent.
