Allstate Insurance had this particular office working for me for the past 5 years they've done a pretty good job kept my rates down better than other people were able to get me personal service that I required

I will not recommend this office to anyone. Rude!!! We’ve been with them for 10 years and didn’t realize that we are paying too much. Now we found a better deal with full coverage with lesser amount. Then they reported me to collections becoz they said I owed them 144$. How can you do that with your customer? They didn’t even send me a letter saying that I still owed them or at least call me. Terrible. I reached out to William to see if something is covered under my policy and if I can claim it through All state. I sent him the files and the info needed, 3 weeks later he replies asking me if I have the files to send him. Send it to him again and he said he would send it to his manger for review. I followed up with him a month later and did not get a reply. Now it’s been over two months since I reached out and still zero answer from him or his team.

William Boyer is easy to work with. He seems straight forward and knowledgeable of the business. Bill has a good personality. The secretary is nice too.
