Absolute deceptive marketing. They sent me a quote advertising coverage for my home at 1250 a year. Based on public record information. When I called in to verify that quote they asked me if all the details that they had about my home from the public record were correct. I confirmed that they were. And then provided me a quote 3 1/2 times higher. The information didn't change, their truthfulness did. Avoid doing business with people who engage in deceptive practices like this.
Very unhappy with their service. I’ve had car and homeowners insurance with this group for about 5 or 6 years. I still don’t know what happened either my cc was expired or I got a new cc number. No one from their office bothered to even call and let me know. I was then cancelled from my insurance policy for 3 months. I even called about a water leak and they didn’t tell me I wasn’t insured.bad service…go elsewhere
