They renewed my policy and increased my payments $70. I called and they told me that a "vendor" (which they don't tell you what vendor) gave them the info that I drive 28.000 miles a year. Ridiculous.
Discussion of payment withdrawal date wad not clear and resulted in my bank account being in the negative and them telling me nothing can be done to rectify it .Make sure you get clarification if dealing with Omar.
