My experience has been great! The team works hard to make sure all discounts get applied as well as options for bundling ! Great customer service!
They couldn't care less. I was a loyal customer to Allstate for 20 years until yesterday. I had Auto, Homeowners and the Roadside service plan with Allstate. Absolutely the worst service office staff won't answer calls won't return calls when you do get someone to answer all you here is a bunch of people in the background apparently it's the barbershop next door real professional
Horrible. Took 6 weeks to get claim done and did not allow enough for the claim. I’ve been a customer for 34 years and never had a collision or damage claim before. Allstate is horrible.
