I recently transferred to Victor Flores office, great customer service great insurance and great prices the process to transfer and getting the insurance was so easy from the representatives recommend it 100%.
Victor Flores is the best agent in town ! Honest , efficient and outgoing ! Not to mention he made sure to hire a full staff that are A+ . His office manger is a prime example of leadership in the office. CAN NOT WAIT TO RECOMMEND MORE BUSINESS TO THEM.
I been with allstate for more than 16 years and I ever have a courtesy call, my agent is been making changes on my home policy with out my authorization I haven't ever receive a call from him I call victor flores several times he never answer in one occasion I spoke to a young guy and he couldn't send me not even my policy for email .
