Vera made switching my auto and homeowners insurance accounts to Allstate a very pleasant and convenient process. Her long experience and thoughtfulness of my needs was very appreciated.
Vera is always helpful and able to answer our questions, and goes above and beyond and has followed up with us on certain situations. I love talking to her.
Karen is wonderful to deal with but did not really enjoy my conversation with Vera. For everyone who needs to know if you do not meet your deductible, your insurance company will not help you get your money back. Vera thought I should have known this without being told and was not very friendly when telling me this information.
