Valerie and her team have been insuring our properties and cars for over 10 years. They are always helpful and responsive to our needs whenever we call. I highly recommend them for all your insurance needs.
I have been using Valerie for 5+ years and she has been a wonderful partner for my insurance services. We walk through my policies annually to determine any changes needed as well as walking me through the reasons for any increases. I love the fact that she doesn't try to up-sale me on her products but gives me what's best for my family's protection.
Bought a home policy that was cancelled after 3 years due to the property being flagged as “still under construction”, despite being insured for the entire duration. Agent was of no help; additionally, they did not bother informing us and as such, had to deal with the insurance company for the erroneous cancelation, additional costs associated with the mortgage company buying a “replacement” policy that cost about 4x more. I would not recommend this agent/ agency.
Poor communication. Unable to return phone calls or emails. Unable to change mailing address. Allstate customer service unwilling to help me they refer me to her and she won't respond. Run.
