I don’t know where some of these complaints are coming from. I always get an answer and my needs are met quickly. Val is one of the easiest people to work with. She is always positive, professional and helpful. I have my auto and two houses insured with this agency. Never a problem. Great rates and great service.
I see what she does. Everyday I am so impressed how she cares and uses her knowledge to help others. I wish people could see how much she does behind the scenes to go above and beyond. Even when people are just so ugly she still helps them because it the right thing to do. Honorable!!!
