This office was very rude. It felt like I was burdening them to even talk to them. I had to contact them to even get a proof of insurance and to make sure my payments were taken out in time. They had a technical issue, which effected my finances and didn't even bother to compensate or apologize. Not to mention, there is always poor phone etiquette when I've called.
