EXPENSIVE
I come in to discus some possible account things that needed assistance. They treated us with respect and made our visit important. They talked us through the whole thing, while figuring out what the problem was. I enjoyed the visit and look forward to working with this office for years to come.
Horrible company! Stole money from me double the amount of my bill and wouldnt correct the problem and wouldnt refund my money and then tried charging me $600 the next month when my bill is only $190 and had no missed payments at all. Just horrible service and company go to gieco!!!

Would not recommend this company or this agent. The agent has never answered any of my phone calls (in fact, I have never met the actual "agent," having only dealt with his "assistants," and have begun to wonder if this is a phantom agent), his staff has been mostly incompetent, and for some reason they keep refusing to cancel a policy that I have repeatedly asked to have cancelled.
